Terms & Conditions

  1. All payments are made via a PayPal invoice that we send you via email before I Buy For You (custom purchase) or before sending your mail/package to you (package forwarding). Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to make this payment, only a credit or debit card and email address is required.
  2. A PayPal fee of up to 6% is included in the invoice total we send you. This includes the compulsory PayPal transaction fee and compulsory PayPal currency conversion fee.
  3. Mail/Packages are normally sent via AirMail. If you wish a slower, cheaper service or a signed for service then you can find tracking cost details on our tracking pages.
  4. AirMail is not tracked or insured so if you wish to have your package sent with these extras please request a tracked service.
  5. Each package we forward must be a maximum weight of 2kg for Royal Mail AirMail (cheapest postage service) if the items you require for forwarding are over that amount, we will have to send them in two separate packages or send via courier. Maximum size for a single Royal Mail parcel overall is 90cm.
  6. MY UK BUYS cannot be held responsible for packages being lost or damaged in transit although we do always ensure before sending that your items are well-cushioned and packaged securely.
  7. Postage fees are at face value, we do not take a cut from postage fees. The estimated quote we supply and the invoice total we send you are correct to the best of our knowledge.
  8. Email order confirmations can be sent via email to – order@myukbuys.com  when you place your order. This helps to ensure we are available to receive the delivery and can allocate your parcel before forwarding. 
  9. MY UK BUYS fees can change at any time without notice but we will always inform you before requesting payment. 
  10. MY UK BUYS WILL NOT accept illegal goods of any kind. Transactions suspected of fraud will be rejected and items will be returned to seller. All information will be passed on to the relevant authorities. I open all parcels before forwarding.
  11. Please contact us regarding custom declarations.
  12. MY UK BUYS will attempt at best efforts to make a custom purchase before an item sells out but unfortunately cannot guarantee a purchase can be completed before they sell out. In this case, all payments are refunded.
  13. Please be clear of size, colour, quantity etc of your item when requesting a custom purchase.
  14. Mail/Packages are deemed abandoned after a period of 6 months with no claim.
